Welcome to Spectrion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spectrion application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Spectrion ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is located at spectrion.app.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Spectrion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Spectrion is an autonomous AI agent application for iOS that connects to multiple large language model (LLM) providers and executes tools on your device on your behalf. The Service includes:
The Service relies on third-party LLM providers to generate AI responses. We do not control the output of these models and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.
Spectrion offers the following monthly subscription plans:
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
All subscription plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Payments are processed primarily through Apple In-App Purchase. Stripe is available as a fallback payment method. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the then-current subscription rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
For subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. For Stripe subscriptions, refund requests may be submitted to support@spectrion.app and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
Spectrion can execute tools that interact with your device's native capabilities, including sending messages, making phone calls, accessing contacts, managing calendar events, and more. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Spectrion and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or provide through the Service ("User Content"), including conversations, prompts, files, and any output you generate using the Service.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your User Content. Your conversations, data, and AI-generated outputs belong to you.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes transmitting your prompts to LLM providers to generate responses.
You are responsible for:
Conversations and associated data are stored locally on your device. Our servers store account information, usage logs, and subscription data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and all server-side data at any time from the app settings.
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services. By using Spectrion, you acknowledge that:
AI responses are generated by third-party providers, including but not limited to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI. Your use of these providers through Spectrion is subject to their respective terms and policies:
Payments are processed by Apple (In-App Purchase) and Stripe. Your financial data is handled directly by these processors and is subject to their terms:
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of all third-party services accessed through Spectrion. Violation of third-party terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to those services and/or Spectrion.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. The Service uses third-party AI models that we do not control. AI output does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should independently verify any information provided by the AI before relying on it.
The Service can execute tools that perform real-world actions on your device, including sending messages, making phone calls, creating calendar events, managing files, and more. You are solely responsible for all actions performed by the AI agent on your behalf. We strongly recommend reviewing AI-proposed actions before confirming them, especially those involving communication with others or modification of data.
We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPECTRION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app settings (Settings > Data > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your server-side data will be permanently removed.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
